Hi all,

I recently bought EM40 ECU with GWv4 for one of my engine , which earlier used gemscom and EM20
I need to recognize EM40 thru GWv4 and transfer all the base maps, calibration files to EM40
How to proceed ?

Hello,

If you install our older software GWv3 http://www.gems.co.uk/?content=pages&id ... -downloads, this has an import feature for the older files. Go to: File > Import.

I'm not sure how similar the EM20 is with the EM40, I suspect there are many differences which will have to be set up manually, but this should enable you to transfer some of the main sections - fuel maps etc - over.
