Connecting the Bosch Wideband Sensor to EM36

Hi Guys,

I got the Bosch Wideband sensor and amplifier from GEMS. From the documentation provided, it says to connect the Blue wire to the EM36. Can I clarify that I can connect the blue wire to any of the 2 oxygen inputs (B11 and C7) of the EM36?

Thanks!

Hello,

Ideally C7 as this is the input that can use the OX Feedback features. You also need to connect the analogue ground (the green wire from the Lambda amplifier box) to a 0V such as A6 (sensor return).

Hope this helps

Could I hook up the LC-1 wide band controller to the same pins on the EM40?

Both the EM36 and EM40 are capable of supporting Wide-band sensors. I have attached a pin-out for the EM40 as it is not readily available but ADR3 is on pin 20 of the 40 pin connector. Set option OX_FB_WIDEBAND to ON.

Hope that this helps,
