2.0l Zetec crank trigger

I'm in the process of starting some maps for a 2.0l black top zetec for an EM36. Engine is using the standard ford crank (36-1) and cam (single pip) triggers.
In the EM36 documentation it gives an example for the ford 36-1 trigger which specifies the "Tooth Control table is repeating 1,0,0,1, till 30 then 4,4,5,4,3". Based on the explanation of the tooth table values this doesn't seem to make any sense.
An example map I've got (ford4 rsa1) has a pattern of 5,4,4,5,4,4,5,4,4 etc until 3 at index 35. This seems to make more sense but it would be nice to have some confirmation of that!
Also, as I understand it the tooth counts (A Tooth) should count from the missing tooth, this is then scaled down to the I Tooth and F Tooth values by the Tooth Control table. Therefore, the values entered into IGNx Tooth values are dependent on the TDC->missing tooth measurement. To save me ripping the flywheel off (again!) does anybody know what this is for a Zetec?
cheers
